Entry to the Business Excellence Awards couldn't be easier - simply download the following documents or alternatively email erahui@papakura.govt.nz and request an entry pack.
- General Information - information on eligibility, how your entry should look, the judging panel and the 2009 Workshops
- Entry Form - each entry submitted must have one of these entry forms completed and attached
- Award Categories - details of the 10 different categories available to enter
- Entry Criteria (Questions) - these are the actual questions to be answered that will form your submission
- Financial Data Template - this template will help you complete Section 7
- Writing Guidelines - this is the document that formed the basis of the 2009 Workshops. Use it to help you put together your entry for the Awards
