judging & evaluation

A panel of 10 judges will be assessing the entries

During the judging process, the judging panel may carry out site visits, or make contact with some applicants to clarify aspects of the application, or to seek further information. This contact should not be taken as an indication of being a finalist.

Applicants should not, under any circumstances, initiate contact with a member of the judging panel. The judges’ obligation is to ensure a fair and balanced approach to the judging of all applicants.  Should the judges make contact with you, please do not ask for feedback on your application.  Feedback on your application and your site visit will be provided in the judges’ feedback reports which will be issued after the Gala Awards dinner.

All entrants in the ACC Workplace Safety Award will receive a site visit related to this category.  If you enter this category and another Award category you may receive more than one site visit.

The judges’ have the discretion to acknowledge specific achievements of businesses that have entered the Awards and may choose to recognise these achievements.

The judges’ decisions are final.
