Entries are restricted to 10 single sided A4 pages in length.

Entries must be typed on plain white paper with a minimum font of size 10 and a maximum font of size 14.

Attachments (eg strategic plan, marketing plan etc) may be used to demonstrate aspects of your entry but must be kept to a minimum. Judges will review only the appendices that are most critical to the entry.

You can only enter a maximum of two award categories plus the ACC Workplace Safety Award in the judged award categories.

If your entry relates to a specific project, the project must have been completed and fully implemented by the year ending 30 June 2008.

A completed entry must include:

• two (2) identical copies of your entry for each Award Category entered, plus one (1) additional copy of your entry, (i.e. if you enter two Award Categories, five 5 copies of your entry should be submitted)
• a photo of your business premises
• your business logo in high res (about 300KB) in .jpg or .tif format on CD
• a completed official entry form cover sheet for each entry

Entries must be at either the Papakura District Council office or the Enterprise Franklin Development Trust office no later than 4pm on Friday 31 July 2009.
